No registration record found on the server for Mobile Genie

If you have Mobile Genie and the updater returns the error " No registration record found on the server" - this issue needs to be addressed on our server side. Please have your serial number handy and call 949-341-8207/8228 or 8251.  If we are unable to take your call, please leave a message with your name and contact information as well as the department name/store ID and location along with the error message you received.  This will help us to better assist you with the issue.  You can also create a ticket and submit it with the subject line "Mobile Genie/Secure View Forensics Update Issue".
