Re-installing Driver Windows ME:
1.
Driver Properties
Right click on the driver with the Exclamation mark that appear when you plug in the
Cable or when you plug in your phone.
Select Properties.
The device properties box will appear.

2. Device Properties box
- Click the [Driver] tab in the device properties.
- Click the [Update Driver] button to continue.

3. Hardware Update Wizard
- The “Update Device Driver Wizard”
window appears.
- Select the "Specify the location of the driver"
- Click the [Next] button to
continue.

4. Installation Option
Select this option:
- Check the "Specify a location"
- Click on the [Browse...] button to continue.
|
|
|
5. Browse to Susteen USB Driver Folder
"Browse for Folder" window appears:
- Browse to
C:\Program Files\Susteen\USB Drivers
- Open the appropriate folder that contains the driver for your cable
(see Driver Chart Below).
- click on the [Open] button in the Locate File window.
- click on the [OK] button to continue.
Note: The folder is created when you install the driver.

6. Add New Hardware Wizard
- Windows will display the file File that was found.
- Click on the [Next] button to continue.

7. The files will start copying.
A final dialog box will appear. Click on [Finish] to complete the
installation.
