Re-installing Driver:  

Install New Driver
  1. Unplug Cable if cable is plugged in.

  2. Install the file your downloaded. 

    Note: When installing the driver IF it asks to "Remove" the driver, Select Cancel button, this means the driver is already installed- Skip to the next section Find Old Driver

  3. Turn your phone off. Connect your phone plug in your cable to your PC. Now, turn your phone on. You should get the "Found New Hardware" wizard. The new driver should load properly.

    Note: It is important that you click "Continue Anyway" button (this may appear multiple times).

    Tip: If the wizard does not find the driver automatically. Point the wizard to look for the drivers under the folders located in:
     C:\Program Files\Susteen\USB Drivers

  4. If you "Found New Hardware" wizard does NOT appear, continue with the next section Find Old Driver. .
Find Old Driver

Manually go to the Device Manager:

Win 2000/ XP:
Start Settings Control Panel Systems Hardware [Tab] Device Manager [Button] The “Device Manager” dialog box will appear.

98SE/ME:
Start Settings Control Panel Systems Device Manager [Tab].

Find the the driver with exclamation mark. This is different depending on the cable and/or driver issue.


Note:  If  ! or ? mark  does not disappear when cable is disconnected; the Error is being caused by another device.

 

Reinstall Driver Info 
Select your Operating System.
